Terms and Conditions
Operational terms for subscription access to BTC Bot Dashboard software, dashboard features, APIs, and related account controls.
Last updated: May 20, 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern access to BTC Bot Dashboard, a software-as-a-service dashboard and API platform operated by [Company Legal Name] at [Company Address]. These terms are operational website policies and are not legal advice.
By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing to a plan, or using the platform, you agree to use the service only within these terms and applicable laws.
2. SaaS subscription access
The product provides subscription access to software features, dashboard functionality, API access, research and backtesting credits, billing and entitlement records, account management, API key management, and operational reporting.
Subscriptions do not include physical goods, consulting services, investment advice, brokerage services, exchange services, custody, payment services, crypto assets, NFTs, tokens, or financial instruments.
3. Account registration and security
Users must provide accurate account information and maintain the security of their login credentials, sessions, connected accounts, and API keys.
You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Trial access
Trial access is a limited software evaluation period. Trial usage may include capped dashboard features, limited research or backtesting credits, and restricted execution-related features subject to eligibility and risk gates.
A trial is not a permanent free tier and may not be restarted repeatedly to obtain additional usage credits.
5. Plans, billing, and payment processor
Paid plans are billed as SaaS subscriptions according to the plan selected, the billing interval shown at checkout, applicable taxes, and payment terms shown by the authorized payment provider.
Payment information is handled by the authorized payment provider. We do not ask users to send payment credentials through unsecured channels and do not expose payment processor secrets to users.
6. API access and API keys
Plans may include access to software APIs for data access, research workflows, and operational reporting. API access is gated by plan, entitlement, account status, and platform limits.
API keys are created and managed through the dashboard. Users must keep API keys confidential and may not share, resell, or misuse API access.
7. Research and backtesting tools
Research and backtesting tools are software workflows for reviewing historical data, testing configurations, and organizing operational analysis.
Backtesting output is informational and does not guarantee future results, accuracy, profitability, or suitability for any specific user.
8. Execution tools and eligibility gates
Manual and automated execution features, where available, are platform-controlled execution tools subject to account connection, eligibility checks, plan limits, risk acceptance, and platform controls.
The platform does not act as a broker, exchange, custodian, financial advisor, investment advisor, gambling operator, or payment service.
9. No financial advice
The platform provides software tools, data workflows, research utilities, and operational controls. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.
Users remain responsible for their own decisions, configurations, account connections, risk tolerance, and compliance obligations.
10. No custody of funds
BTC Bot Dashboard does not custody customer funds, hold customer assets, operate wallets for customers, or take possession of user funds.
Users are responsible for any external accounts or services they choose to connect or use outside the platform.
11. User responsibilities and risk
Market activity and execution-related workflows involve risk, including loss of funds in external accounts. The platform does not guarantee profits or outcomes.
Users must review configurations, understand platform limits, monitor activity, and comply with applicable laws and third-party account terms.
12. Profit-share terms where applicable
Profit share, where applicable, is a plan and billing term for eligible platform-routed execution activity only. It does not imply guaranteed profits, investment management, or advisory services.
Profit-share calculations are subject to eligibility, tracking, account status, platform limits, billing rules, and audit records.
13. Acceptable use
Users may not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, circumvention of rate limits, unauthorized access, resale of API access, interference with platform operations, or violations of third-party rights.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when necessary to protect users, the platform, payment operations, or legal compliance.
14. Service availability and changes
We aim to provide reliable software access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, integrations, or third-party service changes may affect access.
We may update features, plans, limits, documentation, and operational controls as the product evolves.
15. Intellectual property
The platform, software, documentation, designs, workflows, APIs, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Users receive a limited, non-transferable right to access the service during an active trial or subscription.
16. Termination and suspension
Users may stop using the service or cancel according to dashboard and payment processor flows when available. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, abuse, security concerns, or legal requirements.
Termination does not remove obligations that accrued before termination, including payment obligations or restrictions on misuse of platform materials.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as software access without warranties of guaranteed outcome, profit, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for trading outcomes, user decisions, external account activity, third-party service failures, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
18. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date on this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
