Refund Policy
Refund Policy
Refund guidelines for SaaS subscription access, API usage, backtesting credits, and payment processor billing events.
Last updated: May 20, 2026
1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are reviewed for BTC Bot Dashboard subscription access. It is an operational website policy and not legal advice.
Refunds are reviewed based on account status, usage, billing records, payment processor records, and the reason for the request.
2. Trial period
The trial is a limited software evaluation period with capped usage. Users should use the trial to determine whether the dashboard and workflows fit their needs before starting paid access.
Trial access does not guarantee eligibility for all execution-related features.
3. Subscription billing
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan, billing interval, taxes, and payment processor terms shown at checkout.
Users are responsible for reviewing plan limits and billing terms before subscribing.
4. Refund eligibility
Refunds may be considered for accidental duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, or technical inability to access the service that we cannot reasonably resolve.
Refund eligibility may depend on timing, account activity, usage, payment processor records, and applicable payment processor rules.
5. Non-refundable items
Used service periods, completed usage-based activity, consumed API credits, consumed backtest tokens, and completed operational activity may be non-refundable.
Refunds do not apply to losses, trading outcomes, market movement, external account activity, or user decisions.
6. API usage / consumed credits
API usage and consumed API credits may be non-refundable once used because they represent delivered software access and platform resources.
We may review unusual API usage disputes using available logs and entitlement records.
7. Backtest token usage / consumed credits
Backtest tokens and backtesting credits may be non-refundable once consumed by completed or attempted research/backtesting workflows.
Unused credits do not create cash value unless required by applicable law or approved by us in writing.
8. Abuse, fraud, or policy violations
Refunds may be denied for accounts involved in abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, policy violations, chargeback misuse, or attempts to circumvent platform limits.
We may suspend access while investigating suspicious billing or account activity.
9. How to request a refund
Refund requests should be sent to support@bot.swarmdesarrollo.com with the account email, approximate charge date, plan, payment processor receipt or invoice ID if available, and reason for the request.
Do not send full payment card numbers or sensitive payment credentials in support messages.
10. Processing time
We aim to review refund requests within a reasonable period after receiving the required information.
Approved refunds are processed through the authorized payment provider and may take additional time to appear depending on the provider and payment method.
11. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback, account access may be limited while the payment processor reviews the dispute.
Contacting us first may allow us to resolve billing errors faster than a formal chargeback process.
