Risk Disclosure

Read this disclosure before accepting risk during onboarding or enabling trading-related dashboard features.

No financial advice

BTC Bot Dashboard provides software, market data workflows, research tooling, and operational controls. Nothing on the platform is financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.

You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any strategy, configuration, or trade is appropriate for your circumstances.

No guaranteed outcomes

The platform does not guarantee profit, accuracy, uptime, execution quality, fill prices, or any trading result.

Past performance, simulated results, and historical charts do not predict future performance.

User control of trading decisions and credentials

You control whether to connect accounts, configure bots, place orders, pause automation, and allocate capital.

You are responsible for safeguarding wallet keys, API credentials, session access, and any connected third-party accounts.

The platform does not take custody of your funds.

Software, data, and research limitations

Market data, dashboards, alerts, research output, and backtests may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or interrupted.

Do not rely on the platform as your only source of truth for time-sensitive trading decisions.

Risk of loss

Trading digital assets and prediction markets involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of all funds allocated to trades.

Leverage, automation, and fast markets can amplify losses. Only allocate capital you can afford to lose.

Third-party venue and network risk

Polymarket, blockchain networks, wallets, RPC providers, relayers, and other third-party services are outside our control.

Outages, rule changes, liquidity constraints, settlement delays, smart-contract issues, and network congestion can affect your activity.

Backtests and research are not live guarantees

Backtests and research workflows use historical or simulated data. They do not replicate live slippage, fees, latency, liquidity, or operational failures.

A strategy that appears profitable in research may lose money in live trading.

Fees, profit share, and plan charges

Subscription plans, usage charges, profit-share terms, and trading fees may reduce balances and net results.

Review plan limits, billing terms, and profit-share acceptance requirements before enabling live activity.

Tax, legal, regulatory, and jurisdictional compliance

You are responsible for understanding and complying with laws, regulations, exchange rules, and tax obligations that apply to you.

Availability of features may vary by jurisdiction and account status.

Trading enablement remains gated

Accepting this risk disclosure is one onboarding requirement. It does not by itself enable live trading or bot deployment.

Trading Core backend checks—including email verification, risk acceptance, plan status, funding, profit-share terms, Polymarket account readiness, and user trading enablement—must pass before live trading is allowed.
